Sportrendz Refund Policy:
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To Be Eligible for Return:
1. Request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization):
- Email info@sportrendz.com to request an RMA number.
2. Returning the Item:
- Once an RMA number is provided, a shipping label will be sent in a separate email.
- Use the provided shipping label to return the item to our Warehouse:

3. Condition of Returned Item:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval of your refund.
- Your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3-5 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@sportrendz.com.
Exchanges
- If an item is defective or damaged, please email info@sportrendz.com to request an RMA number. Mail your item to the Sportrendz warehouse.
Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
